RCPA DOG TEAM
We have 4 shifts a day with our dog program. This involves walking the dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, bathing, training and giving lots of loving. We welcome families to volunteer together. All kiddos under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. This is a great way to get exercise, spend time with dogs, learn about training and most importantly help our community dogs get ready for their forever home. RCPA DOG TEAM
Our dog team started out by taking on 17 parvo pups from the local shelter. The shelter had a parvo case outbreak and the protocol at that time was to euthanize all dogs, positive or not. We took all puppies and petitioned to not allow them to euthanize the adult dogs. Today this is no longer a practice at the shelter.

Taking videos and pictures to promote
Art projects with the dogs
Vet appointment transports
Grooming
Giving LOTS of LOVE to them
